Updating end-user support contact email address

Description

Support contact email field enables you to specify a contact email address which will receive end user support requests. This address is included in the default messages displayed on all end-user pages requiring a Support contact link, such as the Login or Block Page. By default if the support email address field is not updated then all the administrators of the account will receive the mail.

Solution

  • Log into Web Security Admin Console.
  • Click Settings on the top right of portal page.
  • Select Web Security tab.

WebSecurity

  • Scroll down to the Branding section.
  • In the Support Contact Email text box, enter the email address for support email requests.

Support Contact Email

  • Click Save to keep your changes.
