Description:
Follow the below guidelines, for the supported browsers, to verify that cookies are enabled.
Internet Explorer (IE) - Block or allow cookies based on their type:
- Open Internet Explorer.
- Click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options.
- Open the Privacy tab, move the slider to the level of privacy that you want to set, and then click OK.
Microsoft Edge - block or allow cookies:
- Open Edge.
- Click on the More button (3 dots icon) on the top right side of the browser, and chose the Settings.
- Under the Settings click on View Advanced Settings.
- In the Cookies section, chose between the three options of handling cookies.
Chrome - Enable or disable cookies:
- Open Chrome browser.
- Click on the Customize and control Google Chrome (2 lines icon) on the top right side of the browser, and chose the Settings.
- Click on the Show Advanced Settings.
- Navigate to the Privacy section, and click on Content Settings.
- To enable cookies, select Allow local data to be set (recommended).
- To disable cookies, select Block sites from setting any data.
Firefox - to enable cookies in Mozilla Firefox:
- Open Firefox browser.
- Click on the Open Menu (3 lines icon) on the top right side of the browser and click on Options.
- Open the Privacy tab.
- Under the History section, set 'Firefox will:' to 'Use custom settings for history'.
- Check the box next to 'Accept cookies from sites' to enable cookies.
- Click OK.
