“Subscription doesn‘t match application“ error

If F-PROT reports a "Subscription doesn‘t match application“ when users try to update F-PROT, after inserting a new subscription key, the wrong language has been selected when renewing the F-PROT subscription.

To fix the subscription key mismatch, please contact our sales department, (tel +49 (0)30/52 00 56 – 0), to have your subscription updated to show the corresponding key.
