How can the reporting in Galileo be fixed?

 Answer

Step 1. If you selected the computers when creating the configuration by using Active Directory instead of Windows Network, the file computers.xml needs to be modified. This file is located in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Command Software\CAV5 SnapIn\Configurations\CONFIGURATION_NAME or C:\ProgramData\Command Software\CAV5 SnapIn\Configurations\CONFIGURATION_NAME depending on the operating system where Galileo is installed. CONFIGURATION_NAME is the name of your configuration. In this file, you will need to replace all CN= entries with \\
