Question

How do I Install Galileo for Command Anti-Malware?

 Answer

MMC 3.0 and .Net Framework 2.0 are required.

To install the Galileo MMC for Command Anti-Malware:

Download the setup file from here. Save it to your server and run the file. This version has the snap-in integrated within Galileo.

Once Galileo is installed, create a shared folder, grant Everyone Full Control permission, and configure Galileo.

If you are in a Windows Domain you will need to set the Auth-Galileo user's password to never expire in active directory.

See Configuring Galileo for Command Anti-Malware for step by step instructions.

Note: Galileo is now compatible with 64 bit systems.
