Question
How do I generate a kernel memory dump?
 Answer

If the computer crashes for any reason while running the software, the support team will need to gather the information of the crash. One way to obtain this information is to generate a memory dump.

To generate this memory dump, please follow the steps as outlined below:

Step 1. Click Start, and then select Run.

Step 2. Type sysdm.cpl, and then click OK.
