License Failure

  How do I resolve the License Failure error when updating?

Enter your username and password in the License page of the Updater.

1. Open Command Anti-Malware.

2. Click the Update button.

3. Click the License button.

4. Enter your username and password and click Accept.

If your correct username and password is already there, your subscription might be expired.

NOTE: Your username cannot contain special characters such as ~!@#$%^&*() or spaces. Your password cannot contain spaces but can contain special characters.

5. Click the Update button to check for new Dat files.
