The fix button might not be working when it detects a false positive, or the file is no longer there. To correct this issue, we need to clear the database files with the corrupted entries.
Step 1. To replace the database files browse to the location: "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Authentium\CSAM5\Results\cleanup\". Vista and Windows 7 users the folder is: C:\Program Data\Authentium\CSAM5\Results\cleanup\
Note: Hidden files and folders need to be enabled. To enable hidden files click on Toolsselect Folder options then click on View (Vista and Windows 7 users press the Alt key to show this menu). Choose the option: Show hidden files and folders, click Apply thenOK.
Step 2. Copy the two files "csav5_db.dsn" and "csav5_db.mdb" from this location to: "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Authentium\CSAM5\Results\". Vista and Windows 7 users the folder is: "C:\Program Data\Authentium\CSAM5\Results\". If you are running a 64 bit system, you might have a third file starting with csav5. Please copy and paste that file also.
Step 3. Start a scan then cancel it after scanning a few files. The status should now say The first full system scan did not complete. Do a full system scan.
If the steps above did not solve the issue, check if you have a folder C:\Documents and Settings\All Users.Windows if yes, replace All Users in the instructions above with All Users.Windows
